Information that supports a useful quotation
A quotation is more accurate when the expected deliverables, responsibilities and technical requirements are clear. You do not need to know every technical detail, but you should explain the business need and the result the work should support.
- The service or combination of services required
- Your organisation and intended audience
- The current problem or opportunity
- Key deliverables or features
- Existing website, brand assets or accounts
- Content and images already available
- Important dates or operational constraints
What happens next?
We may request clarification before issuing a proposal or quotation. Submitting the form does not create a binding contract; the approved scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities and terms are confirmed separately in writing.
For a website-only request, the dedicated website project form asks more specific questions.
